Is the free Fit Assessment a technical audit?
No. It is a nine-question starting point that shows the likely problem, a rough estimate of what waiting may cost, and the most sensible next step. The paid AI Systems Diagnostic is where we closely review your workflows, tools, data, risks, team, and current numbers before making a formal recommendation.
What do we receive from the AI Systems Diagnostic?
You receive a map of how work happens today, your starting numbers, the main problems and opportunities, a realistic estimate of the value, and a prioritized 90-day action plan. We may recommend a project, monthly partnership, work your own team can handle, or no paid engagement at all.
What does the monthly partnership actually buy?
It gives you ongoing expert advice, a set amount of hands-on building each month, and one person responsible for keeping the work moving. We agree what matters most, define what done looks like, build it, check whether the team is using it, and decide what to improve next.
How do you justify the investment?
We look at time saved, mistakes and repeated work reduced, tools or contractor costs avoided, faster delivery, and any revenue change we can actually connect to the work. We show our math and assumptions. Saved time is not automatically called cash savings, and no revenue result is guaranteed.
How long does implementation take?
A clearly defined project can receive a 30-day delivery guarantee when we have the access, information, and approvals needed to finish it. Larger projects are split into smaller stages so you see useful progress early without receiving a promise we cannot honestly keep.
Do you replace our existing tools?
Rarely. We're use-case driven, not tool-driven. We diagnose your operations first, then connect and optimize the tools you already use — Notion, Slack, Airtable, ClickUp, and more — only recommending changes when a tool is actively holding you back.
What if our team isn't technical?
That's the point. Every build includes hands-on training, SOP documentation, and a structured rollout plan so your team is aligned from day one. Great systems fail without adoption — we design for the people who actually use them.
What happens after the build is complete?
You own everything and receive documentation, recorded training, and the agreed support window. If recurring decisions and improvements justify ongoing ownership, the partnership starts with a three-month operating period and becomes month to month afterward with 30 days' notice.
